Brilliant Speed Control Idea used in Eastern Canada

I don't know about you, but this would sure slow me down!
Some people slow down and try to straddle the holes.

This is an actual speed control device that is now in use.
It's "brilliant" and much cheaper than speed cameras.

Very Clever, especially when moved around each day.
Isn't ART wonderful?   How's this for excellent speed control?
