Products purchased online
Replenishment Technologies operates a 28-day returns policy for any goods purchased online. During this time you may return goods for whatever reason as long as they are in their original condition.
Return of goods
On receipt of goods, it is the Customer's responsibility to inspect the said Goods and determine whether or not they satisfy the customer's order. If the Customer has reason to allege that any of the goods are not in accordance with the Customer's order then the Customer shall advise Replenishment Technologies immediately.
Goods must not be returned for any reason whatsoever unless authorized by the Replenishment Technologies representative.
When so authorized, the Customer will be provided with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN will refer only to those particular Goods that the Customer has alleged to be at fault at the time of notifying Replenishment Technologies. All returned products are evaluated thoroughly before a final decision is made.
All returns are at the owner's expense. Returns must be returned with a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return and any fault if there is one.
If there is a fault then Replenishment Technologies Australia will either replace the faulty item, replace it with a similar product if the original product is no longer available or refund the money as required by the Retail Trade Practices act.
All returns must be returned within 10 days of a RAN request or a new RAN must be applied for.
Returned goods will only be accepted if they are free of any markings, undamaged, and in a re-saleable condition.
Please note that all goods returned at no fault of Replenishment Technologies ( excluding faulty products ), will incur a 12.5% restocking fee OR a minimum fee of $15.00, whichever is the higher.
Please email sales(at)cartridgeshop.com.au informing us that you will be returning the goods and request the RAN.
The RAN must appear on the address side of the package otherwise, the Goods may not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer in which case the Customer will be liable for subsequent freight costs.
The relevant item(s) should be packed securely and sent to Replenishment Technologies Australia, 177 Como Parade East, Parkdale, Vic 3195.
For Customer protection, we recommend that the Customer uses a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than $50.
The Return of OEM Cartridges
As a reseller of OEM products, Replenishment Technologies can only credit or replace products returned as faulty upon confirmation of a fault and respective credit or replacement of that product by the manufacturer. Please note that the policies of many OEMs covering the warranty of goods may result in a delay in the processing of credits and replacements. To enable credit or replacement of the product for faulty printer consumables, the following is required.
1. A print sample.
2. A copy counts for all Laser consumables. Many of the newer laser or fax machines will generate a status report showing the copy count used for that particular cartridge. Laser cartridges returned without a print sample cannot and will not be investigated.
3) Ink cartridges must be above the minimum weight stipulated by the OEM as being applicable to return. A list of these minimum weights is available on request.
4) Any goods returned to Replenishment Technologies must be sent on a freight paid basis and accompanied by a return authorization number issued by Replenishment Technologies. Goods not sent on a prepaid basis and goods returned without a return authorization number will be rejected.
5) There are many occasions where both toners and ink cartridges are found not to be faulty. Quite often the ink cartridge nozzles are blocked and they can be easily cleared by the Customer. The incidence of virtually fully used cartridges and cartridges with no fault whatsoever has been steadily increasing. If a cartridge is empty or below the manufacturer's minimum weight, it will not be credited or replaced. There are no exceptions.
Delivery and Availability
Replenishment Technologies Australia cannot guarantee that all the items on the online shop will remain available indefinitely. However, every effort will be made to maintain continuity of supply.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Your order will normally be despatched to you within 2 working days. Estimated Delivery Time is specified when you select the preferred shipping method to use on your order.
